 أعلى الأيقونة تمثل الصلب وهناك رموز في الأعلى تمثل الأناجيل ألا ربعه ( الأسد يمثل الإنجيلي مرقس)  ( والعجل يمثل الإنجيلي لوقا) (النسر يمثل الإنجيلي يوحنا ) (والملاك يمثل الإنجيلي متى) وهي حسب ما أشار  أليها سفر الرؤيا أما اسفل الأيقونة فتمثل أربعة أيقونات من اليسار أيقونة معمودية المسيح  من قبل يوحنا واسفل الأيقونة كتابة تمثل قنداق عيد الظهور الإلهي وفي وسط ألا يقونه السيد المسيح  واسفل الأيقونة كتابة تمثل ألا يه( تعالوا إلي يا جميع المتعبين والثقيلي الأحمال وأنا أريحكم .) ويسار أيقونه السيد توجد أيقونة السيدة العذراء مع الطفل يسوع وعلى يمين أيقونة السيد توجد أيقونة يوحنا المعمدان  واسفل ألا يقونه كتابة تمثل( توبوا فقد اقترب ملكوت السماوات) الكتابة باللغة اليونانية 

The top of the Icon represents crucify of Jesus Christ. There are symbols in the top represents the four evangelists; the lion represents Mark the Evangelist, the calf represents Luke the Evangelist, the eagle represents John the Evangelist and the angel represents Mathew the evangelist which as pointed out by the revelation. There are four icons in the bottom. The first from left represent the baptism of Jesus by John and there are writings at the bottom of the icon represent Divine Epiphany reading. In the middle of the icon is Jesus Christ and at the bottom of the icon writing represent the verse "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest". Beside the icon of the Lord to left is the icon of Virgin Mary with Child Jesus and to the right of the Lord icon is John the Baptist and at the bottom of the icon writing represents the verse "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near"
